Get ready for an extraordinary culinary experience as we unite our talented chefs from Local Roots to present a sensational meal showcasing the pinnacle of summer's local harvest. At our family-style dinner, you'll be treated to a feast that embodies the essence of community and the bounty of the season.

Dinner will include a cocktail hour with appetizers, a main meal carefully crafted by some of our Local Roots chefs highlighting locally grown ingredients, and dessert prepared by Betsy Anderson, one of the original founders of Local Roots and owner of the magnificent Summerhill Farm. We extend our deepest gratitude to Betsy for graciously hosting our exclusive event amidst the beauty of her farm.

As we gather for this special occasion, we invite you to bring your own dishes to one of Wayne County's most breathtaking farms for our Field to Fork Feast. Rest assured, we'll take care of the cleanup so you can focus on savoring every moment. Your dishes will be washed for you to take home with you clean when you go.

All proceeds from the dinner will go to support the ‘Local Roots and FoodSphere Campaign for a New Building to Call Home’. Your ticket to this event is not just an invitation to indulge in culinary delights—it will be a direct contribution to our move and construction of the building next door to Local Roots. With your support, we're one step closer to realizing our dream of a new building to serve as our home base.

Local Roots and FoodSphere share a common vision: to champion local farmers, producers, and artisans while fostering a sense of community and sustainability. Together, we envision a vibrant local community that supports jobs, cultivates thriving businesses, and nurtures both local farmers and agriculture. What better way to celebrate this shared vision and our shared future than a fantastic meal featuring local produce on a beautiful local farm.

Thank you for being an integral part of our journey towards fostering a bright, sustainable food landscape in Wayne County.
