Salad Options:

  • Grilled Chicken and Peach (GF) over fresh organic greens, feta, cherry tomatoes and candied curried pecans with balsamic vinaigrette. (Seasonal)

  • Roasted Beet (GF) over fresh organic greens, feta, caramelized onions, fresh dill and toasted walnuts with balsamic vinaigrette.

  • Pesto Chicken (GF), roasted red peppers, cherry tomatoes, feta, olives and pepperoncini over fresh organic greens with Italian vinaigrette.

  • Grilled Vegetables (GF) (eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash), roasted red peppers, cherry tomatoes, feta, olives and pepperoncini over fresh organic greens with Italian vinaigrette. (Seasonal)

  • White Bean & Artichoke (vegan/GF), with radish coins, celery, garlic, lemon and olive oil.

  • Greek Salad (GF): cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, feta, and Kalamata olives with a red wine vinaigrette.

  • Fresh Seasonal Fruit Salad (vegan/GF): based on what is in the market at the time.

  • Fresh Garden Salad (vegan/GF):  fresh organic greens, tossed with seasonal vegetables.  A variety of dressings are available.

  • Caprese Salad (GF):  Locally sourced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and fresh picked basil with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. (seasonal)

  • Traditional Potato Salad (GF):  golden potatoes, onion, carrot, pickles and hard boiled egg with a creamy mayo dressing.

  • Vegan Potato Salad (vegan, GF):  golden potatoes, Kalamata olives, fresh dill and pepitas with a dijon vegan mayo dressing.

  • Mediterranean Chicken Salad (GF):  chicken, tossed with capers, parsley, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, garlic and olive oil.

  • Tabbouleh (vegan):  cracked bulgur wheat, parsley, mint, scallions, cherry tomatoes, lemon, garlic and olive oil.

  • Asian Peanut Noodle Salad (vegan): noodles in an Asian inspired creamy peanut sauce with sugar snap peas, radishes, scallions, cilantro and red cabbage.  Topped with chopped peanuts and lime wedge.

  • Herbed Chicken Salad (GF): chopped chicken salad with fresh dill, parsley and garlic served over fresh organic greens.

  • Egg Salad (GF):  housemade egg salad, using local eggs, served over organic greens.


  • Hummus and Veggies (vegan/GF)

  • Fresh Salsa (Mild) with Tortilla Chips (seasonal)(vegan/GF)

  • Housemade Italian Bread (vegan)


  • Chocolate Chip or Peanut Butter Cookies (vegan)

Sandwich Options:

  • Pesto Chicken: roasted red peppers, feta, olives, red onion and fresh organic greens on an Italian bun.

  • Grilled Vegetables: (eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash), roasted red peppers, cherry tomatoes, feta, olives and red onion on an Italian bun. (Seasonal)

  • Herbed Chicken Salad: chopped chicken salad with fresh dill, parsley and garlic served with greens in a wrap.

  • Egg Salad:  housemade egg salad, using local eggs, served with organic greens in a wrap.

Hot Options: (more options may be available upon request)

-For groups of 10 or more, buffet style.


  • Ziti and Sauce (vegan):  Housemade Italian sauce tossed with fresh cooked Ziti.

  • Sausage and Peppers (GF): locally sourced Italian sausage, fresh peppers and onions cooked in housemade Italian sauce.

  • Meatballs:  Fresh made meatballs served in housemade Italian sauce.

  • Chicken Cacciatore (GF): chicken, peppers and onions simmered in our housemade Italian sauce.

  • Chicken Cutlets:  breaded chicken breast cutlets.  Great with side of pasta and sauce.

  • Chicken Piccata:  chicken breast cutlets in a zesty lemon caper sauce with white wine and garlic.

  • Mac n’ Cheese: Housemade creamy cheese sauce and pasta.

  • Mushroom Risotto (vegan/GF):  locally sourced mushrooms slow cooked in a homemade mushroom stock into a creamy risotto. 

  • Pulled Pork (GF):  slow roasted pork shredded and served in its own juices.

  • Mashed Potatoes (GF):  locally sourced potatoes (vegan option available)
