Cost is $10* per portion, and customers can order as many portions as they'd like. For online orders, full cost will be paid upon pre-order.

This item is not for delivery. Pickup only at Local Roots in early November. Customers will be notified when the salmon has arrived at our market and is ready for pickup.

We've partnered again with The Wild Salmon Co. who offers us premium, wild-caught Alaskan salmon. A company based out of their hometown in Asheville, North Carolina, the Dunlap family has fished seasonally in Alaska during the summer for many years. Each salmon fillet is caught by their family in the pristine waters of Bristol Bay, harvested sustainably, and flash-frozen at peak freshness when packaged.
