Market Lead

Job Description and Requirements:

• 25 hours per week

• Able to work Weekends

• Superior Customer Service skills

• Be a multitasker and team leader

• Skilled with prioritization of labor needs

• Follow through on commitments and having a high sense of personal and professional accountability

• Be a steward Local Roots core values

• Ability to work with Excel, Inventory Tracking, POS systems and cash drawers

• Ability to meet expectations of regular, predictable attendance

• Requires the performance of repetitive tasks as well as significant lifting, walking, standing, moving, carrying and stocking product

• Retail experience preferred, but not required

Sunday Brunch Chef

Local Roots is now open on Sundays! We are looking for a chef that would like to feature their business during our brunch hours (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM). 

Job Description and Requirements: 

• Familiar with daily Local Roots Café service (https://www.localrootswooster.com/cafe) that has a different chef and unique menu each day 

• Open to all cuisines, and currently focused on takeout-friendly options

• Support and value Local Roots’ mission and utilize local ingredients in your recipes

• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
